The animation was silly, in a good way. And I liked the end part where he had to shuffle his feet and tell the nurse the same thing--that made me smile. Then I chuckled at "THEND"

This makes me think even more fondly of my Dragonborn's perilous and heroic adventures in Skyrim and Morrowind.... and yet she still has so much to do, even though the world is saved.

I'm not sure if these are canon references, but the story-telling seems a little jagged, somehow. There should be more fluent sound effects, the music should go better with the theme, and if the adventure is going to be in text, it should be a sharper video or larger font.
Try finding similar pieces of work and cop--I mean, take inspiration from, and emulate their styles.

Decent action, good music, but you lose points for the penguin. Penguins are indeed cute animals, but their "omg kawaii" hype is overrated. Kind of like pandas, or this sudden fascination with bacon over the past few years.

Yeah, this is kinda how it sounds when Italian mobsters talk to each other in Italian mobster movies--they know what they're saying to each other (provided they're even paying attention to each other), but we don't really hear it all, we just listen to their banter.

Meh... I think you'd be a decent narrator or voicer, and the animation isn't the worst I've ever seen, but the humor was too plain, and at the same time, too "wacky and RANDOM!"
